		<description>Hi,

I experienced the exact same problem during the last years. I get interrupted the whole day at least every 4-8 minutes by emails, sms and phone-calls. Thats why i will not buy a blackberry, which will annoy me during travels throughout Germany by pushing the emails to the places wherever I will be.

I think due to alle these permanent interruptions you start avidoiding working on more sphisticated problems and your concentration suffers a lot. For the next months I try to do what you said: Shutting down the Email cient and starting it max 2-3 times a day.

Let´s downgrade again!

<description>I am journalist for a Quebec TV Show and I am working on a report regarding the slow movement.
I was wondering wether you know someone in Quebec that is working at slow E-Mail Movement.

Best wishes

Carole Caron
